We went under contract in December 2023, and closed this week, February 2025! 2231 10th St N is a classic St Pete multi family, featuring a single family home and a detached building with another 3 rental units. The 4 units generate a combined pro forma rent of ~$72,000 per year. The home is just steps to MLK, Crescent Lake Park and a short 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete.
