That approach has helped Tim build his business largely through the trust of repeat clients and referrals. He has particular expertise in St. Petersburg and Pinellas County condos, along with the communities that make up the local market.
Originally from Manchester, England, Tim has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 2008 and has been a licensed real estate professional since 2016.
