Identify you needs
I'll consult with you on what you need in a new home - from the obvious bedrooms, bathrooms to the not so obvious rental options, neighborhood requirements, views, pet friendly, etc. How will you finance the property, many homeowners won't allow viewings to buyers who are not pre-approved for financing - I can introduce you our inhouse loan broker to help determine financing that is best for you. First time buyers may be able to get down payment help from the state of Florida. Not quite ready to buy, then maybe our rent then buy program may work better for you. Having financing pre-approval will also give you peace of mind that you will be able to purchase one of the homes we look at.
More than 90% of buyers do some property searches on the Internet and there are some good search options available - I can set you up on a powerful automated search directly from the MLS, you can identify favorites and store notes on each property in your portal.
How much should I pay?
I'll provide you with a market analysis, similar to our Strategic Pricing Analysis for sellers and help with options for an offer that will help you purchase the property without overpaying.
